Local Pickup & Delivery

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available for all pre-orders. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions, the pickup location, and your scheduled pickup time.

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure your cookies are at their freshest.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery may be available for select areas for an additional fee. Delivery availability is based on your location and will be confirmed during checkout.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. Cashew & Lavender is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery has been completed.

Shipping Policy:

All cookies are baked fresh to order and carefully packaged to help preserve their quality during transit.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to the cost of your order.

Orders are processed in the order they are received unless otherwise noted.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Cashew & Lavender is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
